How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Work Out Eden (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Very fast delivery! This has worked for me. I live in Texas so mosquitos are a thing 🤦♀️. I would walk my dogs and by the time I came back I would have the swelling of the mosquito bites! One every walk for sure. After purchasing this even with a no sleeve shirt I have gotten no bites!!! Going to one for each dog and replace the flea med. Still will give them heartworm because it only takes one mosquito to get heartworms and you don’t want to risk that. Fleas you can always buy shampoo and meds, but won’t risk heartworms.
I have only used this for a few days but I have taken the dog on several walks and have not been bitten one time. I hook to the dog leash so it sits at about my hips. Before this device, I come back from walks with 3-5 bites on me. It's almost inevitable during the summer months in Texas. I recommend if you are using it for more than an hour, go ahead and charge it when you get home. I have not had it die on me yet. Great for the price!

I was skeptical when I bought this, but it seems to be a good buy. The unit is relatively small and charges quite fast. It is easy to use, but wish there's a light when it is turn on. I am one of those people who get most of the mosquito bites even when I travel in a group. I am so glad I don't have to worry about that anymore.
Without it, I got bit all the time, but it makes annoying noise when in a quiet room

We have tried many different things to get rid of mosquitos and this has been perfect! This repels all of them so we have peace of mind not having to worry about any insect being at our house.

Based on recent reviews I have high hopes to get rid of some returning mosquitos in my house. Scent - you cannot really smell anything.
Very compact form and esthetically pleasing shape. I was surprised at how small it is. Only 4 stars since I can't speak to how it works for pest control, as I've only just plugged it in less than 2 days ago, but it's silent and small so it's unobtrusive.
Did not use yet. Will provide more detailed review.
As I was leaving my apartment to go onto the patio today, a carpenter bee landed on the wooden floor just outside the door. The door was wide open, as I was bringing food outside for a bbq. I stopped and watched the bee to see if it would come in and it did not, choosing to fly in the opposite direction. I would recommend this product.

The parcel came pretty quickly without damage. Until I believe there are no mosquitoes, before May it is not necessary to wait.
I got this because we live in Florida and there are a ton of mosquitos that get into the house at night and for some reason we have a ton of fruit flies. We have had it plugged in for three days so far and I really like it. Also love how slim it is! I did not give it five stars because I am still not 100 percent positive it works perfectly. I will update as time passes!
